If I could give less than 1 star then I would. This place was a huge disappointment and cost more than any bbq place I have ever... been. The brisket was terrible with little to no seasoning. They charge you almost 10 for a chopped brisket sandwich that onlyhas 4oz of old nasty meat that is covered in what I guess you could call bbq sauce although it also lacked any sort of depth.The sliced brisket was less than mediocre though they claim it to be prime. On top of the horrible food. It took nearly 20 minsfor three men with no other customers to put together 5 sandwiches and slice a half pound of brisket. Did I mention the bunswere these god awful wheat buns. Save your money and opt for the premade sandwich in the general store next door. Read more
Best BBQ in Waco, well worth the trip. Everything is fresh and cooked the RIGHT way, not overdone. I'm sad if I don't get to go... there at least once a week. The staff is really friendly and personable...salt of the Earth people. Check this place out forsure! Read more
