Pulled up to menu for the 3rd time this screen actually worked. Pushed button. 5min later guy next to us yells about the waiting... time etc and burns off. After 10 more min I get put push button on spot next to us. Then had to get out and walk to door. Worst Sonic in Waco, believe me I used to work here. I went for breakfast and my food came out completely cold which I do not... understand because there's a food warmer and they make the eggs to order. The way food is handled here is completely unsafe andmanagement is very unhelpful to employees. There resturaunts nearby are bad as well but there's less of a gamble of whether yourfood will be properly prepared and served somewhere else. This isn't ill will against anyone that works there. This is beingsaid for the well-being of customer because food should not be given to customers the way it is made here. Read more
Do not order the onion rings!!! They are never fresh. Toppings were scarce and buns were soggy. Even with a tip at purchase they... couldn't do right by the customer. That's certainly not how to keep repeat customers. Read more
Seems like management is a joke. In the middle of the lunch rush upper management, instead of helping an understaffed store,... sits down and laughs while their team run around them franticly. They wonder why people leave and they can't find work? Thisright here shows what kind of people operate this store. This team deserves better. Read more
