I ordered about 4 drinks and a PB flatbread on Sunday and wow was I unsatisfied! I come to this cafe about 3-4 x a week because... I love there smoothies. But on this day I don?t know what happened. 2 of my smoothies had no taste and mine which was the bananachia boost Smooth was couldn?t drink it. It was tasteless and not blended well. The lean machine was so watered down and alsounflavored my daughter couldn?t drink it. The flatbread was so cold we threw that away too.. We couldn?t go back right thatsecond because we were on our way to church. But we did go after church and still waited about 45 minutes at the drive thrubecause the lobby was closed and at the end they said they couldn?t do anything about it. I was so upset especially as manytimes as I go there. I?ve spent about 30$ there that more than half went to the garbage. I haven?t gone back and won?t go backeither . From a very unsatisfied customer ! Update! This has become one of my favorite places to grab a smoothie and lunch.Service has gotten better! I usually get the detox smoothie cuz it?s the healthiest one. I have the app and always scan myreceipt. I do have some questions on the discounts and hopefully someone can reach out to me on that but other than that this ismy place to go to before or after workout. Read more
Used them to grab lunch on the way down to a meet and they were great! Miguel the manager was super nice and helpful and great... at responding (esp with all of our changes to the order leading up to the event). I like this chain but I'll give low stars when service is inconsistent bc I know it's lack of management. You just raised prices... and my order today took 15 minutes on the window and was wrong.
