Hate having do poor review but repeated the quality of food has been awful. I ordered a steak footlong receny and the mear was... mushy, tasted spoiled, the bread has drastically changed in quality and size over the last 2 decades I ate at subway. It's...unno if really bread but at this point if it is its so gooey, tasteless, and processed.... With competition in the citythat is Jersey Mikes and Jimmy John's, who's bread is 10x better, taste fresh and like bread. After getting my steak sandwhichand taking a few bites, I just tossed it, it soo bad...the spoiled meat taste I can't get out of my mouth. I'm sorry, for fastfood joints, avoid subway, it is not "eat fresh", as this was not the first disappointment I had from them but it will be thelast for me. Read more
Worst Subway EVER! The wait is 20+ minutes at the drive through-seriously. I've had multiple screw ups on orders, and my last... sandwich didn't even have meat on it!! Just bread with lettuce and peppers. When I called the store to let them know, the teenworking told me to drive back to Waconia with my sandwich and exchange it for the right one. She refused to send me a coupon oranything for a free sandwich. Don't waste your money. Read more
Ok seriously this is the worst experience I have had at subway EVER. Super slow when we were the only people in the drive thru... line (the only open option to order) and then we received our food like this. I ordered the Buffalo chicken, there?s barely anyBuffalo sauce on the sandwich at all and to top it off I ordered EXTRA Buffalo sauce and it still came like this. My husband gotthe steak and cheese and look at how little effort they put into it, it honestly looks disgusting. So disappointed and ithonestly makes me not want to return to a subway again. I really don't like to write bad reviews unless the purpose of it is to warn others to avoid the establishment. If you don't... have 20+ minutes to wait, don't risk going here. I've only been here about a dozen times, but I can only remember a single timeI got up to the window and my take out order was ready on time. Typically it takes them about 10 min per sub, so if you show upand there are two cars ahead of you and it's after 9 pm, your only option is to wait ay the drive thru.
