Stopped for a late night road trip special treat for 2 toddlers... Aka parents wanting coffee. It was the best little memory.... Our service was very sweet and patient, while the Princesses picked their treasures. Then after with 3 mothers, making decisionsof how to fill the other 10 slots of the treasure box. To start with, the lady at the window charged us for the wrong order. After we told her it was the wrong order, she didn?t know... what to do to make it right. The order she charged us for was the car behind us and only $2 more so We told her as long as wegot our desired drinks we?d let it go. Then we pull up and we?re handed one of our drinks, suppose to be a frozen Butter pecancoffee but it looks horrible. We wait several minutes for our second drink and ask for the frozen drink to be remade and thisphoto is what they gave us the second time. Out of frustration, we gave up on trying to get our order right and finished ourjourney home. Read more
If you ask for dunkin midnight and they don't have it they will give you a regular coffee with an espresso shot. Not what I... ordered. I like the drive thru. The store is clean as I should be it's new. The people at the drive thru are nice. Read more
