The donuts are usually great. I get them often... The last order i picked up were already boxed up. When i got them home they... were stale, no glaze - it was soaked into the donut and they were just not edible. When I called to notify them, the lady Iwas transferred to immediately got defensive, argumentative and just rude. Not looking to argue, I just hung up. I hope that $9.00 was worth losing a customer over. Im all about supporting small businesses, but the attitude on this woman wasupsetting. Read more
