Made an online booking for noon, showed up at noon, door locked no-one there, sign says "back at 12:30". Returned at 12:45, the... stylist would not honor my appointment and would not make another same day appointment for me, basically acting like this was myfault!. Very unprofessional. Read more

Called to ask if we needed to make an appointment and the lady who answered told us that we could or we could also walk in, so... after driving all the way from kohala I walked in with my daughter and asked if she could get her hair cut the lady said shedoesnt have any openings when there wasnt anyone getting a hair cut etc. Mind you I showed up at 415 and they dont close til 5.I was annoyed after driving all that way for nothing. Please dont tell us one thing over the phone and is gonna be somethingelse in person, it's really ridiculous, not everyone lives in waimea.
