I ordered an item and asked for all the habanero to be excluded from my sandwich and unfortunately they didn't do that so I was... given a meal I couldn't eat (medical condition which means no spicy food) and when I mentioned it I was discounted 50%... keepin mind this sandwich was completely inedible to me and I wasn't willing to wait for another sandwich because we had alreadybeen waiting an hour and a half. Got seated at table tonight right away when we walked in. We were given menus and told a server would be with with us shortly.... Sat for 19 minutes with no service. 1 worker ( the one who sat us) walked by 3 times. Another worker walked by twice. 3 otherworkers could see us from the other end of the restaurant and not 1 person came to our table. Workers were too busy messingaround so our group of 3 decided we waited long enough and left. On the door it said they were open until 10:00PM but apparentlythey were done working at 8:00.
