Huge disappointment. 3 of the five burgers were made wrong. Nothing was hot. 50 plus dollars in fries and weren't hot or... seasoned well. Truly a disappointment especially for the money that was spent I will never eat here again on principle alone.But yes bad cold food mushy burger buns and fries. This is really upsetting. I've eaten at other 5 guys locations and had adrastically different experience. If this is how they do things in st cloud location I'd be surprised to see them still inbusiness for much longer. Today, my wife and I waited about 15 minutes in line only to find out that their card system was down and they were only able to... take cash. It would have been nice if that had been posted at the door and at the register. And they could have made anoccasional announcement. We usually love Five Guys but today we were very disappointed.
