They think Covid is a excuse to be slow and have poor customer service...just close it up if it's that bad.

Do not go here!!! Unless you want to wait 2 hours for your food. On top of that the food was not good at all!! The place was not... busy at all and it still took 2 hours to get food. Also, if we wanted a drink we just went up to the bar to get one otherwiseyou?d be waiting an hour for a drink... wow I have never experienced customer service like this place in my life! Waited 45 minutes for 2 pitchers of pop, and a total of an hour for one cheese pizza, and wings. Pizza didnt have much taste and... the wings weren't any better. Prior to going in to eat I stopped in to get two drinks. I stood at the bar for a few minuteswhile the bartender ignored the fact I was there. Bartender then went to the back and was gone for about 5 minutes or just overthat. Once she came back,she again ignored me and waited on others. Another customer made a comment about this. I finally spokeup to the bartender stating I had been standing there waiting and the response back was "I know" followed by being told she hadto go get food and other drinks. I regret to confirm that many of the one-star reviews for this restaurant are accurate. I have never had such abominable food in... my life. This may be the first time in my life where I have not finished a pasta dish as I am a pasta fanatic and wouldliterally eat any kind of pasta made but here.. I simply could not eat more than 2-3 bites of my meal. We went to thisrestaurant yesterday. Due to the construction work occurring at the Holiday Inn Hotel, we were situated in a hotel conferenceroom, which felt a little informal and strange but this was neither here nor there. My complaints center around the poorservices and food. Firstly, the waitress, a slovenly and malignant looking creature was thoroughly unprofessional. She did notknow what the soup of the day was, she constantly forgot what we ordered so she came back to our table about a dozen times toask what sides we wanted and moreover, she took nearly 20 minutes to get our water, 1.5 hours to get our food (which was cold bythe time we got it) and carried herself with a complete lack of professionalism throughout our dining experience. Herincompetence may have to do with a lack of training, poor staff hire or a combination of both plus a healthy dose ofindifference to the customer by management. I would like to note that there we were the only customers in the restaurant when wewere first seated. Secondly, the food was unbelievably contemptible. I am surprised I did not die after consuming more than 2scoops of the unknown matter they called pasta. I ordered a Chicken Cavatappi Pasta with a side salad and fries and it wasplainly unfit for human consumption. I am delighted that I did not meet my demise due to sodium poisoning because the chickenand the pasta itself were so salty in the extreme that an entire glass of water could not repair the damage the salt-crustedpasta and chicken caused.
