There pretzels are not cooked. It?s all doughy and mushy to the touch.
I placed an order on the app, and went in to pick up in the food court. Nobody was around, lights were off, and a handwritten... note was left on the counter saying staff was away. I was very disappointed with Pretzel maker today. ???? I went there and ordered the mozzarella bites. I asked for ranch dipping... sauce, only to find out that they no longer have it as an option. That was my first disappointment. My second disappointmentcame when the guy said, ?we?ll have jalapeño ranch dipping sauce in May.? He also named a few others, but I had to explain tohim that I have a food allergy, and pretzel maker is one of the few places that I can eat at. Please bring back the regularranch dipping sauce, since I can?t have any other dipping sauces that you offer. Otherwise I?ll have to take my businesselsewhere, and risk having a reaction to something I ate. Read more
