I came into the restaurant on 11/16/2022 with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, the staff was extremely amazing... one of the staff let my daughter touch the lobster first then Bailey our server was over the top amazing to us, let the kids seeand touch a lobster first, we even got to enjoy my daughters cake that we brought in with some ice cream we got from the staff,keep up the amazing service! Very disappointed! We have always had good service there. Not today! We had to ask to be waited on after 15 minutes. Our server... was so slow bringing us our drinks, salad, etc. Our food was good but barely warm. Its been awhile since I last visited a Red Lobster, I do love their food, I decided to treat myself for my recent birthday, and... this restaurant had parking for a semi truck very close to the restaurant. My server/waitress was awesome, I told her what Iwas interested in, and she got me pointed in the right direction with exactly what I wanted and on it was on sale also"JACKPOT" she was fantastic and did an awesome job for me. Yesterday was my younger sister’s 21st birthday and she wanted to have crab legs for dinner. We ordered our food curbside and... we’re given a pick up time of 5:48 pm. We arrived at 5:55 pm and were sent a text from red lobster stating the food was readyand coming out. After 5 minutes of waiting we went inside and were told the food was being boxed up. Another 5-10 minutes passedand our food still wasn’t out. Our food didn’t come out until 6:40 pm. After expressing our disappointment, the manger didgive us back $100 and said we *might* get a phone call about an additional gift card. However, once we got home our foodwasn’t stellar. My sister ordered 1 1/2lbs of crab legs. Her 1/2lb was missing 2 legs. My husband’s steak was burnt beyondrepair and very well done when he ordered medium.
