This chipotle is a constant disappointment. I can?t tell you how many times we?ve been told they are out of rice, or ?sorry, we... have chips, but YOU can?t buy them they are for online orders only?. What?! Tonight I ordered a salad online and got there,picked it up, got to the car and realized I had no dressing or utensils. Went back around and asked for dressing to be toldthey are out. Horrible location, clean but customer service sucks if your of color. On Oct. 13, 2022 at 12:00 noon I went into this location... to order food. The young guy at the serving table was extremely nasty to me. After I told him to not pick up food off of tableand put it in my plate he continued to do so and starting to throw falling food back into the main serving plate. I then askedif he could make another plate for me and he did the same thing all over again. I then asked to speak to the manager andexplained to him what happened and he then in returned asked where I live? I told him the town and he said okay I will talk tohim. He didn?t apologize about the situation and honestly I don?t understand why he needed to know where I live in order tomanage his team member. Highly inappropriate and I will never spend any money at this location again and make sure that all thepeople of color I know never goes in there! I will be making a corporate complaint as well. 10/4/22 Grill shut down at 8 p.m. Why, when you close at 10 p.m.!! Prep/condiment line was a disaster area - and customer level... was minimal, as to say the workers were not busy, just standing around talking! Workers were more attentive to themselves thancustomers... obviously with the grill cleaned for the night. I needed 4 steak bowls, but you had no steak and refused to cookany! Location was also out of multiple condiments - or just too lazy to re-fill them!! Rule of Business: Business is not closeduntil doors are locked! Very poor experience recently at this Chipotle location. Very untidy food line, cross contamination with lots of other food... choices (chicken in the fajitas for instance, salsa smeared everywhere on the counter). The dine-in experience was a mess -tables not wiped down, food EVERYWHERE on the floor. The restaurant was fully staffed, but employees were sullen and uncaring. Read more

This location disappoints me every time. I don?t know why I keep coming back thinking things will be better. They have poor... customer service and are so skimpy on the food.
