I gave this first visit to Pat Murnane's Irish Pub three starts due to a couple of issues with the food. I'm hoping my future... visits are better. The Ruben was good except for the fact it was dripping with liquid (likely from the sauerkraut) which madethe lower slice of bread soaking wet and mushy. As I ate the sandwich liquid was dripping out and made a large puddle on theplate. There was plenty of good corned beef in the sandwich. Fries were good, as was the cup of Irish stew. Also, the cokehad a strong chlorine flavor, which I'm sure is due to the local city water. Would a charcoal filter help at the soda machine? I will return for another visit and hope these two issues were an anomaly. Read more

So after checking several of our more regular restaurants for a Saturday evening dinner and finding all of them packed to the... gills with lines out the door we decided to give Pat Murnane's a chance Parking lot had a few cars but not overcrowded as weentered the pub area was about a third build we were shown to the dining area there was one party maybe 10 folks who already hadtheir food and one other couple sitting at a small paper Our 4 made up the second group in the dining area and then a secondcouple joined about 15 minutes late The one waitress who was handling the dining area did not seem to be in a hurry aboutanything and seem to be extremely overwhelmed This did not prevent her from spending most of the time when she wasn't walking bytables avoiding looking and making eye contact on her phone at the weight stand When she did interact she was polite andpleasant but was definitely not service oriented in the glasses were ignored and there was no serious inquiry as to how the foodor the experience was going Speaking of the food everything was delicious and cold and/or slightly overcooked the sauces andflavors were impeccable delicious flavorful but everything had a leftover taste because obviously it was either precooked andnot brought up the temperature or it was set on the station to deliver the tables and the waitress just couldn't handle thevolume One couple made a very pronounced loud complaint to the manager half-heartedly apologized and maintained a look ofboredom and obvious contempt for the woman's complaint he quickly gathered their food up obviously microwaved it and brought itback within 30 seconds quickest thing that happened all night The pub area in the meantime had totally filled up and it did notlook like much food was going that direction so whatever the problem is is either in the kitchen or the before mentioneddisinterested overworked wait stuff Definitely would recommend this place if you're going into the bar services speedy q Read more

Usually very good. Waited 10 minutes before waitstaff asked for drink order. Waited another 10 to order. Not busy maybe 4... tables although one was a large party of 8. 3 waitstaff waited 35-40 minutes and waiter stated our pizza had 4 minutes. Waited another 15 or so and they said a little longer. We told waiter we were done how much were drinks. He said no charge. As we were getting into car someone came out we had never seen asking if we wanted our pizza. It would be ready in 10 minutesor so. Would we like to pay for our drinks. Not going back and telling all our friends. Read more
