The food was absolutely delicious ???? the staff was very friendly and helpful! The employee Alexina was very nice and polite?... on top of all the good experiences at this restaurant.. the sweet and spicy bone in wings was extremely tasteful with theseasoned fries and toast. I absolutely love Zaxbys and have never had a problem until tonight. I ordered online went and picked my order. Dude assured... that the extra sauces were in the bag. Cool drive 10 minutes home and bam no sauces. Can?t have Zaxbys without zax sauce. Driveback and very nicely asked for the sauce that wasn?t in my bag. Dude tries to charge me for it and get lippy. So here we go imahave to cause a scene. Dude finally gets my sauces. Zaxbys your employee cost my business. Dude was outta hand with the stuff hewas saying.
