They would have great pizza. But they make them with the cheese on the bottom like frozen pizza. This ruins the experience and... flavor, the taste of the stretchy mozzarella on the top is the real flavor, and makes a pizza a pizza. The cheese has a mildtaste and has to be the highlight of the pizza, not hidden under the other ingredients as it just vanishes. This practice hasreally impacted the pizza business. I crave the old days, when a pizza was made properly. Good quality cheese on top and a goodtasting sauce on the bottom. The ingredients should be cut large enough to taste, to small and the veggies are not noticeablesince the pickled ingredients, like olives and banana peppers overpower their flavor and it all tastes homogenized. The pizza was amazing! Very fresh and tasty. Plenty of hot sauces offered for free alongside some great garlic dips for that... tasty crust. There's a choice of thin or thick crust. Would definitely recommend if you're in that area. Read more
