This has to be the worst tim Hortons I've ever been to..ever.. they will screw up your basic straight off the menu orders 8 out... of 10 times. then you will be belittled in front of the entire store when you try to get what you actually ordered. Absolutely worst Tim hortons I've ever been to. They consistently get your order wrong. If you don't speak French they will... barely even talk to you, and when you walk inside it takes atleast 10 minutes to just get a coffee, plus they forget about itemsconstantly and you have to try to convince them you are still waiting for something. A whole week, going there to get my morning coffee, just to be told they don't have Splenda !!!! I'm diabetic, I'm not asking... for spenda for fun or because I'm on a diet, sugar is poison for me !!!! Like a whole week without it is just unacceptable,especially that they are less than à minutes awaynfrom à grocery store, à manager could have gone and pick up a box or 2while they wait for their delivery.
