The customer service is horrible at Cinnabon! Typo for Aunt Anne?s, my apologies I went to this place a while ago, not sure the... time frame but, one of the managers who was named Maria I believe, had the nastiest attitude ever. She was extremely rude andacted terrible towards my sister and I, as if she was racist. I hope they shut this place down and start over with somethingelse. I will never go back here again, and I?m going to see to it that nobody I know goes to this place either. St. Charles is adiverse, but prominently African American area, and there should be no room here for racism. All black people should stop givingbusiness here, but I?m sure y?all won?t though. Smh. My nuggets were burned and I had to repeat my order 3 times because the workers in the back were too busy talking and playing... music. It was as busy as it gets. My brother and I both ordered separately and the cashiers were both new and extremely nervous.No one helped them but rather stood by. Very unorganized, felt bad for the cashiers. Read more

Auntie Annes....where do I even begin? The pretzels aint bad...could be better...but my problem is...these people are straight... up racist. One of my relatives who used to work here years ago had a horrible experience working here and even caused heremotional distress. One of the employees apparently used the n word and said that Aunties annes would not hire "n***" Thepeople workin here are very rude and Ive heard that from multiple people who worked at this location.
