I love this place and their food HOWEVER they do jump the gun on what you want to order. You have to repeat several times for... them to LISTEN to YOUR actual order. Service is quick and food nice and hot. Only complaint is ordering. Read more
I ordered a pan of catfish, the whiting dinner and chicken tenders from here yesterday. 10 minutes after my family in cluding... our fur baby we all got sick. It was horrible to get sick after spending 50.00 for food here. We have eaten here a few timeswith no problem, but this time we all became ill. The health inspector needs to check up on this place. Do yourself a favor, skip this one and choose a different location. I ordered ocean perch, opened and inspected it before I left... the store, they overcooked it and refused to replace it. The cashier said it was a "delicate fish and they fry it like they soevery thing else." Make that make sense. Lesson learned. I should've gone to the one a little further up the road. Not a big fan of this spot... it's last option... They put the same lemon garlic salt on Everything... Even the bread . There's... nothing hip hop about the place other than high blood pressure. Take that with a grain of salt... Pun intended... But reallythey ran by an Arab guy, with 4 Mexican workers.... They don't even play hip hop in there.... I spent $30 a few days ago, andcouldn't get a free small fountain drink. Damn Ray Ray... I think they forgot that the hip hop community likes free drinks withtheir meals .. you know I feel a way about this place.... This is my longest review ever... Lastly... They shouldn't call it hiphop fried fish and chicken... And call it what it really is... Fried/salty chicken and fish for black people. Read more
