It?s early Saturday morning September 17th 2022 and it?s just before 6:00 a.m. and there is no hot light on. I?ve been to this... location several times early in the morning and there is never a hot light on. People who enjoy Krispy Kreme Donuts, know whatthat hot light means. I walked in to this location this morning just before 6 to find the manager going back and forth withanother customer who had walked in because the door was open. She was telling him that they weren?t open yet and she told me thesame thing. Please lock the door if you?re not open. I returned to my vehicle and went to the drive thru. I placed my orderthinking I would receive hot donuts. No such luck. I was told there were no hot donuts and that the light would not be on todaybut the donuts were fresh. How can they be fresh if you haven?t made any this morning? There is a tell with their donuts if youdidn?t know it. Their donuts look wet when they are not fresh and let me tell you, they are not good. I asked for a refund onlyto be told by the manager that I couldn?t get a refund but an exchange. She stated that it looks like they are stealing whenmoney is refunded. WHAT? After telling her about the wet donuts she decided to give me a refund and stated that she would giveme cash and not refund the money to my card. I accepted the refund and went to McDonald?s. Kim has terrible customer service. I had to place an order for pick up online because she doesn't know how to do it over the... phone. I placed it and when I arrived she had not even started putting my order together. Then informs me that she can't do mycoffee boxes because she doesn't have lids and that I will have to call to be reimbursed because she can't refund me forsomething she doesn't have... and then tried to tell me my order was complete when there was an item for 3 original glazedmissing. When I left and got my coffee elsewhere, and opened the box of 3 original I noticed they were minis, not regular size.I love Krispy Kreme, but I will not patronize this location ever again. I came here last night and it was a few minutes before closing. However they told me they were close and refused to serve me... even after i expressed that the restaurant dosent close until 10pm. Decided to stop here because the ?Hot Now? sign was on, the employees here were beyond rude! I asked for napkins and I was told... (without anyone ever trying to look), that they were out of napkins, but worst of all, I pulled away and opened my box to find12 cold, crusty looking donuts!! I immediately reached out to management at this location and no one has even attempted tofollow up with me (been 2 days).
