I?ve gotten food here multiple times and every time something is missing. I asked for extra lettuce every time and never get it.... If we ask for ranch on the side it never comes in our bag. I know these issues seem so trivial but it?s honestly ridiculous athow hard it is to just do what is on the order tickets. If there was a 10 stars I would put it without a second thought. This was the best Jimmy Johns experience. The staff was... friendly and outgoing, not to mention the front desk guy was having such a good day that he decided to give us free mediumdrinks and free pickle. And the food was delicious.
