The decor of this place was impressive@ Maybe we just hit them at an off time . But we had a challenge getting hot soup from the... kitchen and had to send it back twice . Then settling for fried mushrooms instead. The dirty beer glass was a bit of a turn offbut they made it right. The bar tender was also our server and provided adequate service, but seemed elsewhere. We would trythis place again but at a different time of day and in the main dining room. Read more
Unexpected surprise. Was a few hundred feet off of 40 on the way home from Wilmington. Place was enormous, servings were far... larger than expected. Quality was very good and tasted wonderful. Even the indoor decor was surprising... I left a fewphotos. This will likely be our midway stop for lunch whenever we are on our way back from the beach. Read more
On a North Carolina adventure we were driving past and had to stop because it looks so cool. The atmosphere in this restaurant... was really beautiful. The food was delicious and the server was very knowledgeable of the menu items and gave greatrecommendations. We had a great experience here and we're looking forward to a future visit! Read more
Great place to stop if you are on the road or for a local trip if you are in the area. It is right off Rte I-40, at exit 385... (Rte# 41). It is a beautiful Irish Pub. It has that welcome feel to it. The food is good based on the pub food level. If you aretraveling and don't want that fast food stop, this is the place to go. The service is very nice and you will have an enjoyablemeal. I had the Duco Hamburger Steak. It was prepared nicely and was not dry at all. I asked for medium and that was exactlywhat I received. My wife had the Riverside Cheesesteak with chicken. It was nice, the bread was not the best but we are in NorthCarolina and bread is not that great anywhere.
