K I'd like to say first of all that I really like your food. Normally I drive thru but this time ate in. The floor was sticky... and dull looking and the table was sticky. Two things that bug me. Maybe just went at a bad time. However someone needs to beon constant wipe down mode. Read more
Bad food. Really bad food. Like I am sick from it. The pickles tasted like mold, how does that happen? And my beyond burger... wasn?t even cooked, it was soggy and gross. Everything was COATED in salt and seasoning salt. I threw it all out except the popbecause I don?t want to get seriously I?ll. I will never be back to this location. A&W Website and google said it opens at 7am when I made my mobile order. I looked in the app after and that says 8am. I'm now... sitting outside at 8:30 with no one around wondering if all of their info is wrong and it's actually 9am. Get it together, veryunprofessional, it takes 2 minutes to update your hours on Google and of course the app already took my money. Not to mentionthe fact that once the worker got there they told me they had to work alone. That is UNACCEPTABLE, not to mention they said shewas working 8am-10pm, ALONE. What if they pass out from working that long, they're working with grills and boiling oil. Sheshould at least have one other person with her in case anything happens. She expressed that she has to deal with many iratecustomers because she is Manning the whole store, dine in, takeout, and drive through. Then on top of all that I see plenty ofreviews with moldy food. This experience and others detailed here have stained your franchise for me forever. All theinformation is in this review. Zero Stars if possible... tried to reach out to the manager to let them know about their hot Nashville chicken sandwiches and... the order that I had received and the manager didn't want to do anything about it he said he reviewed the footage and they werecooked properly but when I received them they were really dry he said that that's a dry sandwich and there was nothing he coulddo about it I asked him if he would replace my meals for me as I had asked for onion rings as well but it received fries, I toldhim I appreciate him answering my phone call and rather than not giving him a bad review on Google he has not done anything toresolve this issue.
