This place is run by kids. You never see an adult anywhere. Some of the orders come out messed up and shouldn't be given to... customers in that manor. A cone with ice cream about to fall out should NOT be handed to the customer. It should be redonecorrectly. This place needs someone over 25 to supervise. Read more
the people are friendly and the ice cream is awesome. They give you waay to much and charge a lot. 2 small ice cream cones were... $15 and i couldn't eat all of mine. you can get a whole gallon of premium ice cream for that price! Good place, but i won'tvisit there very often. Read more
One star because I cannot leave zero. I used to love this place because of the vegan options but what happened? I went there,... rang the bell and no one came to her window waited over 10 minutes. When I looked in the window, there were two girls, oneblonde sitting on the counter and the other standing, just talking away completely ignoring us waiting at the window. When theysaw me they got up quickly but did not service the window. I asked the drive through person if anyone was working and she saidshe would be right there but I had waiting too long at that point. Two younger boys left before me as well with nothing. Thiswas at 3:50PM 7/28. Sadly, after this poor experience. I will not be back. You may want to talk with the employees that you arepaying to work for you before you lose all of your business. A classic shop. Convenient drive through and great seating. However, I may be in the minority here but the servings are just too... big. I order kiddie/small servings and still receive Sundae cups packed 4" above the brim, cones are piled 7" high and both justend up melting quickly into a frustrating avalanche of overflowing milk. I spend more time napkining myself and my kids handsthan eating icecream and end up tossing 70% away. This may be more tolerable if prices were low but that's not really the case.Tonight I walked out with three "small" softserve sundaes for a whopping $19.00. I'd rather pay less and receive less instead ofpay high and throw most away. Read more
