They had a complete and utter fail Halloween afternoon/evening providing their customers with the most basic of service. So... disappointing because we have been customers of this location in Walled Lake for 12+ years. We anticipated an extra wait (ofcourse/it's Halloween!) so ordered off the app. Not only did we wait 2.5+ hours for just some cheese bread and a pepperonipizza, at pick up we received the wrong order and it was cold. Rock hard crust, no pepperoni and no side sauce. They were sobacked up & so understaffed. They had one register open with one teenager running the front, while the rest of the "crew" yelledat eachother regarding order confusion or stood around folding boxes. I almost wanted to jump behind the counter to help hercause it looked like she was going to cry. I'm empathetic of the staffing shortage but the manager could/should have takencontrol of the complete SH_T show his front lobby was or stopped taking orders for an hour, took the phone off the hook,assigned another staff member to help at the counter (a runner) - whatever it would have taken to provide his existing customerswith some decent service. It's disheartening to have to find another pizza place but we will no longer give our money andbusiness to this establishment. They obviously do not care about their customers. Read more
We ordered two pizzas and bread today. Everything tasted great. Fresh and delicious. My husband picked up the pizza and he said... everybody that worked there was very friendly ????. We will definitely be back. Great job Walled Lake, Hungry Howie's ???????? Read more

We ordered from here the other night and as normal it was awful and short on everything we ordered. Yeah we still paid the price... for the extra things. The woman who works behind the counter say is very rude. I've gotten a call from the manager. Who saidthey'd make it right. They apparently never got told our food would be being replaced and I had to wait for them to try to getahold of him. And the girls didn't want to give it to us. So again we paid and paid extra for our extra on our food and the 5to7 side I get and pay 145 for that came only half full and was all just awful. What should I do about this? Read more
