This is the last time I visit this Sonic, for a third time in a row they didn't include any of my sauces with my order ! I've... got cheddar peppers with no ranch and mozzarella sticks with no marina sauce. Seriously hire better people ! You just lost aloyal patron. Read more
Tried ordering from this location with the app so I wouldn't be waiting long.. wouldn't work. Ordered at location waited 20 mins... and they don't even offer the grilled chicken anymore. I tried to be nice and tip the girl anyway, but I guess she wasn'texpecting a tip or didn't care because she took off as soon as I took the food. Read more
This place was slammed on a Saturday at lunchtime. I placed my 7 person order via the app, drove to the Sonic (10 min drive),... checked in, and had my food within 3 minutes. The order was all correct and well packed. The service was excellent. Foodorder was also correct which is not a guarantee these days. Excellent job! Read more
I keep giving this place chance after chance since there are not alot of fast food options in waller but enough is enough. Every... single time I go whether its busy or slow the food is always cold! The food is extremely overpriced, and they can never seem tounderstand that people want fries with their chicken strip baskets and not tots. I always have to repeat myself at least 2 to 3times when i say I want it with fries and not tater tots. Lastly you should make that an option in the app if you really wantpeople to use the app. Plus it seems like half of the stalls you pull up to the credit card machine do want work. Read more
