I went here a couple weeks ago to order an over priced blizzard. There was this young, tall blonde teenager working there who... slammed the little window in my face after I asked a question about pricing. I asked very politely, a simple question to whichshe didnt even reply to. And another young lady had to answer for her. Slamming the window shut was a little aggressive forasking a question. She doesnt deserve a job if she is rude to paying customers. Do better! Read more
Had the urge to get some soft serve ice cream....it was deliciously delicious. Not sure what I saw today, but I observed the... owner with a soft serve cup in his hand washing it out and putting back in the rack. I guess the next person to order a mediumcup of ice cream gets a used cup....unacceptable. Read more
Me and my wife love Dairy Queen very much but the staff at this location tend to be very rude and always rushed. We've had... multiple occasions where they've went to put the lid on our blizzards and they weren't fully on because they were so rushed.Oftentimes we will tell them that our food is to go and that we want it in a bag. Instead of putting it in a bag for us theywill hand us the bag separately. Read more
I ordered 2 basic ice cream?s that was $8 (a little overpriced in my opinion) than I ask for a side of sprinkles and they wanted... to charge me $2 extra (every other Dairy Queen I go to they give them to me because it?s considered a topping) than I ask tospeak to a manager & there is no manager on duty, than I ask for a refund because I?m fed up with it & there are no refunds. SoI took the ice cream and it was very soft and melted before I can even enjoy it so I threw it away. Bad customer service. I willbe speaking to the headquarters.
