I got here at 0939 for an 1100 apt. Got to the guard shack and checked in at about 1025 and was sent straight to a door. They... started unloading at about 1100. Gave me my lumper bill at about 1300. Finished unloading at about 1445 and was out the gate at1500. Everybody that I dealt with was friendly and professional. All in all it wasn?t that bad. Wanted to give a 0 star rating but unfortunately do not have that option here. Please avoid the deliveries for this location as... they will just take your whole day to unload. It has already been 4 hours since I parked at the dock and submitted the paperwork but still they are going to take at least 2 hours more because they ran out of space. If you do not have much space, pleasebook the appointments accordingly and don?t waste driver?s time for that. Literally, this is their excuse for wasting your time.I requested to unload faster as I would miss my pick up appointment and had to spend whole night as a layover but they didn?tseem to bother even a tiny bit. I delivered my first load to Sysco Walnut today 8/8/22. It was a pleasure to do so. My appointment was for 0900 and I arrived at... 0430 there was a 20 minute waiting for a dock other than that they had me in a door and unloaded and out bu 0730. I'll I had todo is be respectful.
