Food is usually good here. My issue is I walked in on a not busy Sunday, 6 or more employees behind counter. No one acknowledged... me & I stood there for a couple minutes. Another woman walked up to the counter beside me, all of a sudden a employee comes upto help her. I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich, which is my usual; however, today I got fries to carbo load in anticipation of my workout... later today. Usually I just get the sandwich. The fries seem pricey at $4.25, but they are delicious and you get a verygenerous amount in the cup shown in my photo. Today's sandwich didn't seem as good or loaded as I've previously had here, henceonly 4 stars. As of now Lunardi's had them beat on sandwiches, except of course the burger. So it was my first online order. Did not go well I ordered through Chow now and when I got to kinder's they had not received my... order staff was quickly able to remedy the problem and put together an order very quickly which I appreciated. I ordered aLouisiana hot link sandwich and the chicken club sandwich very tasty sandwiches both of them on sourdough roll sweet potatofrench fries with the dip was incredibly good. Re visited today and was let down by the service. I ordered a sandwich and said i wanted to buy some meat. No one helped me or... even acknowledged me.
