Clea nliness: Really gross to see mixing fish in nasty looking plastic bus pan!. Makes one wonder what's been in it. Please use... stainless hotel pan. Floor was not swept from at least night before and needs hood deep clean. Read more
All I can say is: wow. As someone who has only ever had sushi in Nebraska and Colorado, this sushi is on a whole 'nother level.... The portions are HUGE, so two rolls will be enough to fill you up.
