Ordered ahead of time because I was expecting a wait. I arrived and still waited 20 min for my order to be prepared. In total... took close to an hour for my order to be prepped. I understand the food is made fresh but to take an HOUR is completelyunacceptable. There was no one else in the store and had 3 employees. They can?t figure out how to be more efficient?Ridiculous. Staff doesn?t seem to care at all. It took them 15 minutes to make a juice and my fiancé and I were the only ones there. Guess... what? They made the wrong juice and it had celery, I?d never ask for a juice with celery because I never liked it. Verydisappointed and I?ll not go back. Read more
The place has no bathrooms, no ice, not enough ingredients to make their advertised products. The place is extremely dirty and... smelled terrible , staff was inexperienced. I was so excited to stop here and get a yummy açaí bowl, but I?m disappointed I did. I was the only person in the store so I... figured it would be quick. I waited nearly 20 minutes to receive one açaí bowl, with no other competing orders and plenty ofhelping hands. There were at least 3 employees for orders, and the owner and manager were there as well to shoot promo videosand photos. What was frustrating is I was sitting there waiting for my açaí bowl, while everyone stood around and watched thephoto shoot rather than helping the only paying customer at the time. I even said something when I finally did get my bowl andthe manager apologized and stated the gal creating the bowls had gotten pulled to do something for the photo shoot. With boththe manager and owner there, you would have thought priorities would have gone towards the paying customer. I definitely won?tbe returning because not only did I wait an exceptionally long time but the flavor was bland and disappointing. Overall anextremely negative experience and I wouldn?t recommend!
