A very busy Sunday in town, but Bojangles had great service and food for us to take home. My 10 year old granddaughter ate... without fuss. The staff was friendly and my order was accurate. Read more

I like Bojangles but this location was horrible. My visit was on a Friday evening at 7:30pm, prime dinner time. But they were... anything but ready for the dinner crowd. First, I had to go inside to order because I was told the drive through system wasn'tworking. OK, stuff happens, I can understand. After ordering (chicken sandwich combo), I waited quite some time while others whoordered after me came and went with their food. After talking with staff, it turns out they forgot about my order. Wow. Thenafter getting my food....it was well below standard of what I've got at Bonjangles before. The chicken in the sandwich waslukewarm, dry as a bone, and chewy. Nasty. Fries were way overcooked and crunchy too. But by then I was a couple miles down theroad. Wasn't about to go back. I've had MUCH better service and food at other Bonjangles locations. Never ever going back hereagain. I'd rather be hungry than eat there again. Two thumbs down. Read more
Came inside and ordered food and everything was good. Co worker came in right after me and they stated they would be right with... them. Then they told them it was drive through only. A few minutes later more customers came in and they waited on them. Youdon't get to choose which customers you want to wait on. Read more

Over cooked dried out chicken, undercooked biscuits that taste like baking soda, undercooked french fries, and weak not sweet... sweet tea sums up my experience at this Bojangles. I have been to locations in five different states and never have Iexperienced quality this poor. If I could give them zero stars I would. They were not busy with only two cars in thedrive-through, it was right about 5:00 PM when you would think there would be plenty of good stock to feed people during apotential rush, absolutely no excuses for this.
