This location is attached to a BP gas station both of areas are in desperate need of cleaning and repairs. The restrooms are a... disgrace. The floors were filthy, the toilet paper holders were partly laying on the floor, the toilets were un flushed. The 2station employees were leaning on the counter having a conversation. The McDonald's section had a sign that said due to staffingissues they were kiosk order only. The kiosk said they were only accepting to go orders but when we tried to place a drink orderthe machine said it was not accepting payments and we would need to pay at the counter. Terrible. They made it known they are short staffed, that is fine. I've worked in food service before I understand. With that... said, it took 45 minutes to process 6 cars, they consistently were miss hearing or not hearing our order. When confirming theorder it was all wrong, we watched the manager put tea in our coffee to change it from medium to large... since they got itwrong. We pulled ahead and the worker had to come out 3 times to get everything they forgot... miss made food and hair in it...ate 5 percent of our 25$ order... DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. I just had the best experience at this McDonald?s, I wish I remembered my cashier?s name. I needed a caramel frappe and a medium... fry and tho they were out of frappe she suggested there might be some coming off the truck and went to retrieve it for me. Aftersomething that happened that caused a mocha frappe to be made instead of caramel, she went and got the manager of her ownvolition so that the issue could be solved. Then they made me the caramel frappe I needed of a size larger than I ordered, andoffered me the mocha frappe as well. Great Job Everyone. I really appreciated y?all. Read more

Absolutely without question the worst experience I have ever had. Stopped there by random while traveling. Staff had closed off... the drive through and counter sales. The only way to order was through kiosk or app, which is fine but while waiting for myorder I witnessed the staff mostly socializing, loudly with each other. There were verbal arguments with customers, one of whichwas just asking for her change back. And no this place was not busy. While i was there only two orders got handed out. Customerssaid both were wrong. After 20 min I could only imagine how unsafe the food would be and when a physical altercation would breakout. Sick and injured did not appeal to me.
