This location was out of boneless wings, ice, and all of the sodas were flat which meant something with their co2 tank was... messed up. The chicken fingers were hot and fresh but the toast had no brown toasting marks and looked like it had been put onthe grill for just a few seconds, and the fries had barely any seasoning on them, which is a shame because I love the seasoningZaxby's uses on their fries so much. I had to wait over 10 minutes for a lukewarm chicken sandwich that I believe was overpriced compared to Popeyes. The servers... were polite but really don't know their stuff. Disgusting does not even begin to describe how unsanitary and nasty this restaurant was today. Trash cans overflowing, the food... tasted freezer burnt and was cold. No ice in the machine and the cashier informed us that there was no carbonation for the drinkmachine - after she had us pay for the drink. The bathroom obviously has not been cleaned in months and the floors were wet andslippery and begging for a lawsuit. Have liked Zaxby?s but this visit ensured there won?t be another. Ordered a kicking chicken box, 2 orders of the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, 6 nibbles and 2 large drinks for $54.00. Had to... wait 45 minutes for order. Asked the cashier where my order was and she turns around to the kitchen and says "oh she's stillhere, so we just need 1 more order of the fries" btw...no cheese available for the fries. She confirms that everything is therewithout opening the boxes. I get home 30 minutes from there and no kicking chicken sandwich, just tenders. My son was verydisappointed.
