The food is very tasty but this review is mostly for Bertucci's customer service. They were just excellent today and really went... above and beyond for me. I ordered lunch through a 3rd party delivery service that was unexpectedly canceled by the driver 10minutes before my boss was expecting lunch! I immediately called the delivery service and there was nothing they could do eventhough the food was already prepared and waiting to be picked up. Bertucci's made it right even though they didn't have to. Theygraciously sent someone from their restaurant to deliver the lunch and even threw in some extra goodies. I am so grateful fortheir kindness! I will absolutely continue to order from them!! Read more
It took 45 minutes to get our food and it was absolutely disgusting. Waitress(Trinity) had zero- ZERO personality. Food was... horrible. I had pizza. How hard is it to mess up pizza? The dough was nearly raw with what tasted like a can of tomato pastepoured on it with a 1/4 cup of cheese. Then to top it off, a mouse was running around where customers were eating! They were very friendly and allowed our service dogs to enter. Their pizza is delicious but I didn't care for the Hawaiian... pizza. Normally it's my favorite but it had BBQ sauce in it. I like BBQ sauce but it just didn't taste right with tomato sauce.Their garlic parmesan wings are AMAZING!!! wings were super hot in temperature and the flavor was so good... Best I've ever had! when I walked in to this place~ all i said was WOW!!!! this very nice gentleman greeted us with a thick Italian accent and... a cutie little smile ???? he walked us to our seat and left us waiting for the best food we have eaten in a while. ????????As wewaited we munched on a variety of delicious bread rolls and a scrumptious olive oil mixture to dip in. yummy yummy in my tummy?????????? then the best part of the night, we got our amazing dishes. how yummy yummy they were made our hearts fly!! i gotthe fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp ????. wow, wow i tell u. this was cooked to perfection seat and left us waiting for the bestfood we have eaten in a while. ????
