Worst experience at Five Guys ever here at this location. Wait time to make my order was very long. 6 people behind the... counter and no one could take my order and my entire order came out wrong. Two hamburgers only had one patty in each instead ofthe two patties (I ordered Hamburgers not little hamburgers) and one cheeseburger came without toppings I had specificallyordered. Three signs on the store front saying ?open 7 days 11am-10pm? but arrived at 9:00pm with both doors locked, employees inside... with lights on. Tried calling while watching employees inside- no one picked up. Employees also clearly saw my husband and othercustomers trying to open doors and didn?t come to the door (with any explanation).
