I used to really like this place. Still love the service. People are great but... Food not all that great. The shrimp wasn't... cleaned, which is a bit disappointing. The food wasn't very well seasoned although other times I enjoyed them. The flavor isn'treally Mexican. Reminds me of an American version of Mexican food. I placed a Lunch order (for delivery) for a few of my Coworkers and I. After 1 hour.. the delivery still hadn't come..I called... and was told "they are on the way..5 mins".. 15 Minutes later..he showed up and All The Food was COLD!! After over an HOUR ofwaiting !!!! ???????? I called back and they offered to remake it and Re deliver . 15 mins..later they finally showed upagain..and this time..the Food was Warm..BUT it was absolutely Horrible!! . Very DISAPPOINTED!!! Very rude, the lady who took my order wouldn't even let me speak and was practically ordering for me. She wouldn't even listen... to my order. I ended up hanging up because it was super hard to understand what she was saying and I've never felt so rushed andhad so many errors in a simple phone call for a take out order. Read more

My first experience at this location was good, I order my food and got what I ordered. The 2nd time I order through their... website again over all experience was good. Last week there as an issue with my login and I called my order in.....the worstexperience ever. The woman on the phone just kept yapping, rude and I couldn't understand anything. They over charged me; myorder online was $69, the same order over the phone was $82. When I questioned her she told me it was because I wantedguacamole. ???? $13 for guacamole???. Although the food is decent, I will never order from this place again. There are tons ofother places in the area that provide the same food with better service. Read more
