The food was gross as all get out. This is my 2nd time going there and both times I did not enjoy it. 1st time my fried pickles... were soggy on the inside 2nd time was 8/17/22 and the foot long i got was so dried out it wasn't even a foot long. Neverreturning here again Read more

The chain itself is delicious but the wapakoneta store is terrible. I could go on and on about order mistakes and the fact that... 90% of the time I go here I end up going back to have something fixed. Today I ordered a cheeseburger combo. I'd like to add I'mthe kind of guy if the condiments are messed up I usually just eat it. The problem today was the burger was so dry it had turnedinto a peice of charcoal. Like legitimately a peice of charcoal. I took a picture and am attaching it to this review. It seemsthey employee people who make the choice to serve a paying customer a dried out old burger. That's what gets me about it reallybecause I can understand human error and making a mistake but there is no way no how the employee didn't notice this and simplychose to serve it to me anyways. Hoping I wouldnt return I assume. This isnt my first bad experience with this particular storebut this was my last straw. I am posting this same review to Facebook and I have attempted to contact the general manager withno answer. *update 10-24-22** Place just continues to fail.
