I wait in A-line for over 20 minutes my food is still cold the order still is not right. I'm toperiod on top of that why do all... of the rockers seem so miserable all the time I don't get a hello not a thank you for coming nothing they basically throw thefood at you As if doing their own job is somehow an inconvenience for them. At drive thru after paying for my meal, approximately 7:30 PM . Approached window for my order, was immediately asked if I can... pull forward. I politely asked if I can wait here? As there was no vehicle behind me. The girl at the window asked politely soI treated her with the same respect. She closed the window then told her manager Who's named after my Dodge truck that I refusedto pull forward. I still maintained my composure and explained to him I asked her if I can wait at the window, he followed up bysaying she told him I refused. ???? I pulled forward, then my little girls asked me, Dad why did she say you refused when youasked her? I laughed . When the manager brought me my order it was all stale and the hot chocolate tasted more like coffee. Itook the loss, doesn't even pay to lower yourself to people like that. My girl went last week and smelled saliva on her drink this week old fries. The same guy served her and it was about 7:40 pm. He... was Caucasian, short with shaved hair. I hope bad service follows him every where he goes. Read more
When they brought our meal the gentleman was super nice. The kid I had with me didn't get lettuce on her big Mac so she went... back up and they told her they didn't have any in the store. Can't fault them for that. Very clean. Food was fresh and hot. Read more

I had an issue there at like 6pm today. I ordered 3 drinks and a younger girl that worked there was handing me my drinks in a... tray and I said word for word ?if possible can I please not have a tray?? And the younger girl tht worked there stared at me,rolled her eyes and handed me my drinks.
