Overall, great place! There's a young short lady blonde with a pony tail. She appears mean when just standing there at the... cashier register with no smile. I think her frown is naturally unwelcoming. She probably has to force a smile. Once she becomesactive, her smile is very beautiful. She welcomes you to the restaurant and is actually very polite. I wasn't thrilled by anything. They had three employees outside working the lines. One staff member was leaning against the pole... waiting on the car to pull up to her. She was very sweet and pleasant. The young lady passing out food was cheerful and smiledthe entire time. I was disappointed in the food. None of my food tasted fresh. Fries seemed old and refried for temp hotness.Nuggets were overcooked and taste weird. New store looks good but still needs time for me. I'll eat at the other locations for afew more months. Update: I tired out the delivery service here for the first time. Considering I work in the same plaza (oneminute from CFA) I had hoped that the food would be fresh. Very disappointed in the fries, some were overcooked and old looking.I'll give them more time to get quality together. Read more

I don't particular like this location this morning I order a butter biscuit and two hash browns the biscuit wasn't soft or fresh... you can tell they gave a biscuit that had chicken on it I found chicken crust all over my biscuit some of the crust caused mybiscuit to be soggy! The hash browns were cold and not fresh waste of $4.46 wish I could get a refund but don't feel like thehassle of driving back! Chick-fil-A starting to go down hill. Read more
