My family and I went here for dinner on Wednesday since we wanted to try a new place. They were absolutely packed, but we still... managed to get a table within 5 minutes. When I say packed, it looked like every single table in the restaurant was filled, andthis is a BIG open restaurant. The lady at the front was very kind and showed us to our table. Then we waited... and waited...and no one ever came to take our order. I absolutely do not blame the workers, though. I mentioned the place was packed, right?Well, I counted how many workers there were... Maybe 7 workers in total. About 3 of them were in the kitchen, two at the frontcounter, and two serving tables. Two. Two workers serving tables. For a completely full restaurant. This is NOT acceptablemanagement. Those poor workers were trying their best to keep up while severely understaffed. We didn't give anyone a hard timeat all when we left since it wasn't their fault at all. The woman working the front even wished us a nice night when we left. Isimply do not think it is acceptable to have so few workers trying to keep up with a full restaurant at peak hours. Two stars,would've been one if it weren't for the kind staff. Read more

We visited few years ago the location in Downtown Chattanooga and was an amazing experience reason we decided to stop on our way... back home at this location in Georgia Food was amazing and cannot complain about it but service was not the best. Cleannesscould improve. Read more

First time to the Mellow Mushroom ever. Very Impressed with the atmosphere, food and staff!. The pizza was excellent with a... wonderful traditional crust . The crust had excellent texture and flavor and was not greasy at all like some pizza places.Toppings were balanced and fresh with a balance of flavors. I took a first date here and we spoke for a couple of hours withoutthe staff trying to rush us out. I thoroughly enjoyed this first experience and look forward to the next . Read more
