I understand being short staffed, overworked and overwhelmed. However, nothing and I do mean nothing can explain the lack of... communication and courtesy that all humans deserve. Afternoon lunch with my kids turned to an irritated 20 minutes. Upon arrivalthere were only four other cars in the parking lot. One at the window, one at the window, and two empty cars in stalls. Wepulled into a stall and decided on what to eat. Afterwards I hit the button and waited for someone to respond. That took a fewminutes for one to come but I was being patient. Unfortunately we sat there to be told only a drive-thru was open. Okay fine, wecan still get our food it's only one car in line. Once in line it takes an extremely long time to order. So much so that I putmy car in drive from park to pull off. Then again a familiar voice came to the speaker. We ordered and waited some more. At thewindow you can see into the kitchen. I was not happy about the practices that you advertise on your window because only oneperson followed them and that was the young lady at the register. I watched her wash her hands and change her gloved hand. Theolder gentleman, as polite as he was trying to be with my aggravated face, not so much. Ordered a Bacon Double and got a single w/o bacon. I bought a large side of onion rings and a large Dr Pepper. They had no onion... rings as they haven't had for the past few days, but still charge me for it. In replace of the onion rings I'm given a halffilled, half *ssed large side of fries. No Dr Pepper to be found, instead it is a large sweet tea. Absolutely ridiculous, everysingle thing I ordered was messed up. After trying to get my order correct, the employees gave attitude. Had a very sweet server by the name Shamiyah who took my order, form of payment and brought my food. Super sweet and respectful,... also taking forms of payments for the line of cars behind me as she prepared my meal so it would be fresh. Best experience Ihave ever had with any Sonic!
