Extremely rude employees. While there are some employees during the morning/afternoon shift that are great, there are some... employees here that just shouldn't be working customer service. This is the second incident that I've encountered at thislocation with employees that work with customers with a complete lack of customer service skills. I've given this store anotherchance, but after waiting outside for 10 minutes for someone to unlock the door just to receive attitude and have to wait againwhile a line formed as she was "doing something else" is completely unacceptable. Being blatantly rude while telling a customerthat you aren't, is completely unacceptable. Informing staff that there were multiple people that left due to them not openingthe door and the employee saying, "Ok. And?" All while doing someone else on the side of the register while ignoring the linefull of customers forming while the credit card reader was malfunctioning, again is completely unacceptable. This is the samelocation where I was previously told by the cashier that bagging my items was a courtesy to me and not a part of their jobduties when asked if they could bag my multiple items that I was purchasing. There's no more chances I'm willing to give to thisplace. I understand that there's slim pickings in the applicant pool with a lot of jobs, but this is ridiculous. Read more
