Beautiful food and dedicated staff. My friend and I enjoyed some shared plates tonight and we had such a perfect evening. The... staff there was beyond welcoming. We had the clams in marinara, stuffed squash flowers, green bean Valencia salad, and cavatelliwith vegetables - all so fresh yet complex. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Read more
We used to dine at another somewhat popular, BYOB Italian restaurant in Warren (across the road, near the Acme), but their food... and overall service went down the tubes in a major way, and a friend recommended/referred us to Alfie's. I called for alast-minute reservation for two, on a Friday night (outside, on their patio), and Alfie was extremely courteous andaccommodating. Very classy joint, inside and out. The food and service were all absolutely spectacular and outstanding in everyway, from beginning to end! The staff are all 100% professional and never rush you out. Alfie thought he recognized me from awine shop I used to work at, and he looked awfully familiar to me as well. Nevertheless, we will return and refer family/friendsto this hidden gem in Warren. One of my favorite restaurants! The whole family loves coming here. Love the owner and the staff. They are always so... accommodating. You know it's a good restaurant when they can make items for you that aren't even on their menu. We also had themdo more of a catering type service for us, where we ordered a bunch of trays of food to be picked up. Highly recommend thisrestaurant for a really great Italian meal! Read more
