Their delivery driver catcalled my underage daughter as she was walking back to our apartment. This is not acceptable. They... won't even answer the phone (I have been waiting for 10 minutes) so I can make a complaint. Do not order from here, unless youwant a creep delivering your food (and knowing where you live). Placed an order at 12:04, and the website said approximately 24 minutes for delivery. Text message said order was ready at... 12:14! Called at 1:00 and was told the order should be there in about 30 to 45 minutes! They said they only have 1 deliverydriver, and he was still out with a different delivery. If you don't have drivers, you should not offer delivery. They told meon the phone they don't give delivery times, the website is incorrect, and that just because the order takes 1 and half hours,you cannot cancel. Very poor management. Read more
Used the delivery app to order my pizza. The driver marked my order delivered but there was no pizza! I called after a few mins... and they told me the driver got lost. I asked why didn’t he call me or the store? They said he was a new driver and wasconfused on what to do. The guy who answered the phone did nothing to try and fix the situation. When I asked would they offerme anything off for the inconvenience he said he needed to ask the manager. Then hung up! When I called back to cancel the orderthe girl said it would be another 30 mins to get my pizza. That’s over an hr waiting for food. Again nothing to try and makeit better she said she could offer a free dipping sauce but that would take longer. I then ask to spea to a manger and she saidthere was no night manager. At this point I just want my refund. And to speak with a manager she said there are a few managersin tomorrow but she didn’t know who was working. She refused to give me a name.
