The food is good but this store's system and workers are absolutely terrible. I ordered a side as a separate order and it took... my money on the app and the lady said the system had an issue and that my order didnt get to them even tho the location time andorder were right and my transaction went through. She said i have to pay again and acted like I was tryna scam her or something.I asked for a side of chipotle dressing for my bowl and the worker serving the food kept saying I can't have it unless i ordereda bowl and I told him several times until I had to bring my bag of food to show as proof. Would definitely NOT come here again.The way the people acted like someone would scam over a cup of queso and sauce is just aint it bro.I don't do reviews but goshpeople need to know how bad this location's service is so no one else has to deal with this. Food is tasteless. Guac didn't seem fresh, so I ended up taking it out of my bowl. Barely gave any salsa (no self-serving... station). When asked for extra, barely got any. The worst Moe's location you can find. Read more
This is by far the worst Moe's I've ever been too and I've been to plenty. I'm pregnant and it's also quite evident. The guy... that works there gave the smallest portions ever. So small that you litterally have to ask for more and then he gives anattitude about it. The food was dry and dirty. It was disgusting. At the end I asked for salsa and he gave one lousy smallcontainer. I litterally walked out. screw this place. Avoid it at all costs!!! For starters, don't order online. The prices are wildly different and the food available is often different too. Overall the... food is ok, as you'd expect from a fast food franchise. The staff is nice enough, but unless you know exactly what you wantthey'll just rush you along and assume you want or don't want certain ingredients. Read more

Our food matched other Moe's so we were happy with that. However, they're still living in COVID world. Plastic screens up,... masks, and NO sweet tea. What? That's ludicrous. And no salsa bar.
