Ordered online and then waited 15 more mins when I picked up! ????
Ordered online at 4pm to be picked up at 445pm the same day. I showed up at 445 and order was not ready. One employee says they... are finishing it up and another employee comes from the back and grabs bread from the oven. I asked if it was started yet andthey said no because they have been really busy. I had to go to work a 12 hour shift with no lunch because I had ordered it anddidn't have time to go somewhere else. No apologies or anything. I called about a refund and was told no that i need to contactsomeone from the app that they couldn't do it.Will not return to this establishment. Read more

Honestly this Subway is a depressing experience. I used to manage 3 (extremely busy) Subway stores in the Akron area while I was... in college, so I understand that things can get frustrating but this place has the WORST customer service I've encountered..andthey are NO WHERE NEAR as busy as most locations....so there is no excuse for how they act. I live close so I frequent thisstore regularly...but I have driven to other locations in order to avoid the depressing workers here. I'm writing this review(after many awful experiences) in hopes of the ownership and management to read this to see what is actually going on this storeand to understand how your workers are treating YOUR CUSTOMERS. This isn't about one instance in particular...but multiplevisits to this location. Also I have had bad experiences with day crew AND the night crew. They sigh and complain to otherworkers through the whole ordering experience (ABOUT PEOPLES ORDERS, LIKE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM)... I actually had a girl rollher eyes at me here when I asked for my chicken to be heated prior to toasting (only because they don't toast it long enough toheat the meat, leaving a cold middle in the chicken, eww). I always receive attitude when I make this request. Being a part ofthis company for 9 awesome years, I know there are recommended times for each type of sandwich that are from corporate and it'sobvious they do not follow any guidelines and just press the same button every time, for every sandwich. They talk aboutinappropriate "stories" right on the line while we can all hear them (and honestly I get embarrassed for them)... there is aprep area...take the convos there as we don't care to hear about your boy/friend problems/ crazy weekend. I have never once beengreeted with a smile here (and if you don't think that makes a difference, go to the one in Cortland and compare yourexperience). With any order...simple or complicated...
