My son and I went for our birthday dinner last night and Carly was an amazing server. She really made our dinner amazing.... Checked on us regularly and refilled our drinks so we never ran out. I rest at Texas Roadhouse frequently. I like my steaks done Pittsburgh style burnt on the outside and rare in the middle. Steak... came back rare the first time but not charred on the outside. This time it came back in a black and was seasoning and like saltyjuice water. I seriously doubt the cook here knows what Pittsburgh style is. Too bad I should have just stuck with the rarestate and taking that home and build a fire and charbroiled it myself. They call they did was like boil this thing in a blackseasoning.
