Horrible... Sat at the drive thru speaker for a good 5 minutes before saying hello and a few says "I'll be right with you" but... that moment never came... At the time I was stuck with one way out and blocked in by 4 cars behind me. I sat for nearly 30minutes without ordering anything as I had tried to leave the drive thru but who ever built this location left no area to getaway!! The car in front of me had about 6 bags handed out the window before I was able to escape and get back to my travels. Read more
The lady working the drive thru does NOT need to be in customer service! We asked to place 3 orders in the drive thru and we... were rudely told we couldn't so half of us came inside and the rest was placed through drive thru. While in the lobby, we heardthe lady running the drive thru talking bad about us to other employees for asking to place 3 orders. I wish we would've got hername. She's short and on the heavier side with red hair (I'm not being rude, just simply describing her so you know who didthis). I'm sure her customer service skills or lack thereof is already a problem though. Read more
