Stopped here to grab a quick lunch during a long drive. We could barely hear what the person taking us ur order was saying... through the intercom or at the window. We were told that the chicken nuggets would be a 7 minute wait. Waited 15 minutes, thentried to go in to ask what was going on and the doors are locked. 25 minutes to get 2 meals. Read more
Today must have been "be a complete jerk to the people coming through the drive-thru" day. The girl asks can I take your... order....I didn't know immediately but literally 6 seconds later start to speak..."hold on" I'm told. So we wait.....for a fewminutes. She finally comes back "can I take your order" so I tell her ...she "confirms" the order wrong THREE times and when Itell her what I do NOT want she got incredibly assholey and said she had the order right the whole time. She. Did. Not!! And Iwasn't even ordering anything specific.....a chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and mayo.... pretty standard. After her lastshout if rudeness we just drove away and went to McDonald's where they were beyond pleasant. I tried to call the BK mgr butafter three attempts and no one picking up I gave up....it was 2 pm...no lunch rush.... This is not the first time this type ofservice has occurred at this particular BK. But it IS the last time I'll ever go with my carload of hungry mouths. Oct 13th at 1:10. Went inside due to drive thru being long. Okay no biggie. As I arrived inside a cashier. Was bein so rude to... an eldly lady because the lady order her sandwich wrong. And simply asked for then to remake it. So she goes back to tell thecook and the cook wants to curse about wasting meat. I refused to spend money in this place anymore. This BK is a shining example of how to do everything wrong. Go inside and see workers standing around 1 guy making food, waited... longer before being told "be right with you" continue waiting and waiting and see the workers standing around still, they wereable to mock customers in the drive thru. Never took my order so we left. Any 5 star review must be from employees or theirfriends. I find it hard to believe anyone gets service here.
